ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนางปาริสา ภัคดุรงค์ เป็นผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ดูแลสายงานสนับสนุน ครอบคลุมงานบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล การพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าทางอาชีพและขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรให้เป็นไปตามยุทธศาสตร์องค์กร กำหนดและดำเนินกลยุทธ์บริหารงานสื่อสารองค์กรและสื่อสารการตลาด กำหนดนโยบาย กลยุทธ์ เป้าหมาย และแผนงานด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการธนาคาร กรรมการผู้จัดการ และผู้บริหารระดับสูงให้ราบรื่นและสอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของธนาคาร บริหารงานการกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของธนาคารให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของหน่วยงานที่ดูแลกำกับธนาคารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งแต่งตั้งนายสุรชัย จะนะบูรณ์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายการตลาดวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ดูแลงานสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมให้มีศักยภาพที่จะเริ่มต้นหรือขยายธุรกิจส่งออกได้ และนายวรยุทธ์ เติมศรีเจริญพร เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม 1 ดูแลงานสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการขนาดใหญ่และกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการชั้นนำของประเทศด้านการส่งออกและการลงทุนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายของผู้ประกอบการ รวมทั้งนำเสนอบริการครบวงจรเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ทั้งนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2565 เป็นต้นไป
นางปาริสา จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต คณะบริหารธุรกิจ จากสถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย และปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เคยร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ตั้งแต่ปี 2553 ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยง และผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยง ในปี 2558 และ 2562 ตามลำดับ

นายสุรชัย จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต ภาควิชาการเงินและการธนาคาร คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการเขต สาขา และ SME ธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายบริหารสาขากรุงเทพ ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบีไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK นายสุรชัยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพหนี้ ธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย

นายวรยุทธ์ จบการศึกษาปริญญาโท วิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาการธนาคารและการเงินระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยลิเวอร์พูล จอห์น มัวร์ส สหราชอาณาจักร และปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารธุรกิจพิเศษขนาดย่อม และผู้ชำนาญการพิเศษอาวุโส ฝ่ายที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจเฉพาะ ธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อนเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK นายวรายุทธดำรงตำแหน่งที่ปรึกษาฯ ระดับอาวุโส บริษัท ไอซีอี คอนซัลติ้ง จำกัด

EXIM Thailand Appoints Executive Vice President of Support Function Line, and Senior Vice Presidents of SMEs Business Department and Corporate Business Department 1
EXIM Thailand announced the appointments of Mrs. Parisa Phakdurong as Executive Vice President of Support Function Line, covering Human Resources, Corporate Branding and Communication, Compliance, Risk Management and Office of President; Mr. Surachai Janaboon, Senior Vice President, SMEs Business Department; and Mr. Worayuth Termsricharoenporn, Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Department 1, effective from October 1, 2022 onwards.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mrs. Parisa Phakdurong as Executive Vice President, Support Function Line, to oversee human resource management and development, i.e. personnel career path and potential development in line with the Bank’s strategies; formulation and implementation of corporate and marketing communication strategies; determination of corporate governance policies, strategies, targets and plans, and supporting the operation of the Board of Directors, the President and top executives to ensure smooth operation and compliance with relevant rules and regulations; management of the Bank’s risks; and compliance function to ensure no breach of the rules and regulations of regulatory bodies and relevant agencies. EXIM Thailand has also appointed Mr. Surachai Janaboon as Senior Vice President of SMEs Business Department to be in charge of supporting and uplifting SMEs’ potential for export start-up or expansion; and Mr. Worayuth Termsricharoenporn as Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Department 1 to be in charge of supporting large entrepreneurs and Thai entrepreneurs’s export and investment both domestically and abroad, promotion of building entrepreneurial networks, and offering full-fledged facilities responsive to customers’ needs. The appointments take effect from October 1, 2022 onwards.
Mrs. Parisa holds a Master of Business Administration, School of Management, from Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy from Thammasat University. Working for EXIM Thailand since 2010, she assumed the positions of First Vice President, Risk Management Department, and Senior Vice President, Risk Management Department in 2015 and 2019, respectively.
Mr. Surachai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Faculty of Business Administration, Ramkhamhaeng University. He formerly worked for Thai Military Bank Plc. as Area Manager of Branch and SME Department, and CIMB Thai Bank Plc. as Senior Vice President, Bangkok Branch Management Department. Before joining EXIM Thailand, he was Senior Vice President of Debt Restructuring Department, Islamic Bank of Thailand.
Mr. Worayuth holds a Master of Science in International Banking and Finance, from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Banking, School of Business from Assumption University. He formerly worked for TMB Bank Plc. as Senior Vice President, Small Enterprise Portfolio Management, and Senior Vice President, Special Advisory Banking Service (Wholesale). Before joining EXIM Thailand, he was Senior Consultant of iCE Consulting Co., Ltd.
